JobSyde provides verified job listings and connects job seekers to employers. Users can view job summaries for free and gain access to full job details after a one-time payment or group subscription.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By registering or accessing our services, you confirm that all the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Payment and Access
- Viewing job summaries is free.
- Full job details are accessible only after successful payment.
- Payment grants access to our private WhatsApp or Telegram group for a specified period.
- No refund will be made once job details have been sent or group access is granted.
- Payment must be made to the company’s account, we won’t be liable should payment be made otherwise.
4. Job Validity/Unavailability After Payment
We strive to keep job listings updated and remove expired jobs promptly. However, job availability may change without notice. JobSyde is not liable if a job is filled before you apply. In the rare event that a job becomes unavailable or is already taken after your payment, JobSyde will not issue a refund. However, your access to the WhatsApp or Telegram group ensures you receive ongoing job alerts and connections to other verified opportunities. This means you still have multiple chances to get connected to other available and suitable job openings.
5. Group Conduct
By joining our job alert group, you agree to:
- Keep all job contacts and info confidential.
- Refrain from sharing group access or payment proof with others.
- Maintain respect and professionalism in the group.
- Not spam, advertise, or promote unrelated services.
Violation of any group rule may lead to removal without refund.
6. Employer Information
Employer details are shared only after payment and are strictly for personal application purposes. Sharing or reselling such information is prohibited and may lead to permanent ban.
7. Limitation of Liability
JobSyde acts as a connector, not a guarantor. We are not responsible for:
- The hiring decisions of employers.
- Delays or changes in job processes.
- Any employment outcome (e.g., not being selected, interview feedback, salary disputes).
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy and do not sell or misuse your personal data. All payment and contact details are kept confidential.
9. Modifications
JobSyde may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
